Abstract

PURPOSE: To safely launch a massive structure without using a launching ramp and dock, by launching the massive structure with use of a lauching ways platform ship.
CONSTITUTION: A massive structure (b) is constructed on a yard (c) and carried onto a launching platform ship (a) bottommed on a launching platform ship bottomming berth (d). The launching platform ship (a), then taking off and floating, is towed to a relatively deep floating pond (d'), anchored and fixed. And then the launching platform ship (a) is sunk underwater and the massive structure (b) is floated above the water and detached from the platform ship. Accordingly the efficient work of manufacture in the yard becomes possible, since a launching dock is not necessary as well as a ramp is not required to obtain the safety.
