Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the communication lines between local stations at each district and terminal stations administrating the district even at a minimum number, by providing switching means which switches and connects the direct line between local stations and a control station into the direct line between the local stations and the terminal stations, if a failure is taken place to major multiplex lines. CONSTITUTION:Taking an exchanger 1 in the control station as a center, the line of which terminal is connected to a plurality of terminal stations via a single radio device 5, is connected to a multiplex radio device 2 via a selective calling device 17 in the control station. Further, the line of which terminal is connected to a local station is connected to the radio devide 2 with a multiplex radio device in the relay station without interposing the device 17. Further, between a multiplex radio device 4 connected to the line of the local station of the relay station and the radio device 3, a line switching device 32 is provided, and further, a line switching device 33 is provided in the local station. The device 32 is provided with a circuit detecting a failure of the major multiplex line, and if a failure is detected, the line coupling the extension telephone 6 of the local station and the control station is switched to the line coupling the local station and all the terminal stations administrated, allowing to call out from the local station to the terminal stations by voice.
