Abstract
PURPOSE: To detect the trasfer of a film accurately and surely by disposing a pair of dielectric onstant detecting electrodes with deviation of phase with respect to the perforations of the film.
CONSTITUTION: The dielectric constants changing when an electrode P1 or P2 opposes to the perforations 9 and when the electrode opposes to the film 8 between the performations by the movement of the performations 9 along with the movement of a film 8 are detected with a dielectric constant detecting circuit 10. This detected output is inputted to a speed detecting circuit 11, by which the film transfer speed is obtained. This output is inputted together with the preset transfer speed of a speed setting circuit 12 to a comparator 13, by which both are compared and if the speed detected by the circuit 11 is low, a signal is sent to a film feed motor to increase the rotating speed of the motor and the controlling like this is thus accomplished.
