Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A digital video element information D1 is read in a shift register 11 of serial-in/parallel-out and read out at a buffer register 12 of parallel-in/parallel- out. An operator group 13 consists of operators of ROM type and executes operation by using stages S1'-S5'. A shift register 14 of parallel-in/serial-out sequentially delivers data O1-O4 in size reducing processing via a buffer register 15 and gives the total body D0 of required data. A buffer register 15 is a register of serial-in/ serial-out, and a control circuit 10 transmits transfer signals LT1 and LT2 for the control.
