Abstract

PURPOSE:To offset the influences due to factors other than pressure by differentially using elastic vibrators of the same quality. CONSTITUTION:A pressure transducer of vibration type comprises a sensor section S, an exciting section E, a counter section C, a logical arithmetic section L and an analogue output section O, In the sensor section S, for example, there are provided two vibrators 1, 2 having the same characteristics and so arranged that a pair of parallel beams are connected with each other at their one side ends and respective grip portions thereof at the connected side are fixed on a base 3, while another respective grip portions at the opposite side receive individual pressures A and B. When the pressures A, B are applied on the vibrators 2, 1, respectively, specific frequencies of the vibrators are varied. Outputs from counter circuits 6, 7 are applied to gates 8, 9, so that the gate 8 produces a pulse width signal corresponding to the difference in frequencies and the gate 9 produces a signal to synchronously reset the counter section C. The pulse width signal from the gate 8 is output through a filter 10 and the analogue output section O.
