Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the cooling effect by bringing the return port of intermediate pressure gas to the process more than one pitch downstream of a post rotor 1 after choking the sucked gas, while making the size of a return port of intermediate pressure gas smaller the tooth depth of a female rotor to prevent the counterflow of intermediate gas to the suction side.
