Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce mistakes in inspection and improve efficiency of inspection by inspecting kinds and amount of bread received in bread boxes of a bakery or the like on the basis of voice information.
CONSTITUTION: When a microcomputer 2 givesn an assoting command to an assorting machine 10, bread 9 on a conveyer 12 is delivered to a bread box 14 on a deliver conveyer 15 through a deliver gate 13. Then, the computer 2 counts the number of bread with a photosensor 16. When a predetermined amount of bread is delivered, the gate 13 is closed and the bread is transferred by a conveyer 15. The microcomputer 2 counts the count output of the photosensor 16 to produce an inspecting voice command as voice from a speaker 8. An inspector opens a box called by voice, for example "back bean-jam bun 3", inspects bread received in a bread box 14 and taps input keys on a key board 4. The microcomputer 2 in response to the input displays the content of inspection on the display section 5 and types it with a typewriter 6.
