Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce noises and to improve a rising responsiveness to a discharge quantity of a pump, by a method wherein a small, variable capacity pump and a constant capacity pump, producing a comparatively less noise, are used, and lines for said pumps are connected together through a chack valve.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of the adoption to a fluid circuit in an injection-molder 7, a branch line 16, connected to a tank 15, is connected for branching to a pump line 3 between a variable capacity pump 1 and a variable throttle valve 4, serving as a flow regulating means. A bypass type pressure compensation valve 17, which is operated by a differential pressure at the front and the rear of the variable throttle valve 4, and a throttle 18 are situated at said branch line 16. A slanting plate control cylinder 25, serving as a discharge control unit of the variable capacity pump 1, is connected to the branch line 16 ranging between a pressure compensation valve 17 and the throttle 18. A pump line 41, of a constant capacity pump 2, equipped with a check valve 43 positioned at the middle of the pump line 41, is connected to the line 3 in front of the variable throttle valve 4, and an unload means 46 is connected to said line 41.
