Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a protein analyzing reagent and protein quantitative method including dye coomassie briliant blue. G-250, methyl cellurose and acid.
CONSTITUTION: A reagent comprises 2,500.008W0.014% kown dye reagent. briliant blue. G of formula (I), 0.01W0.03% methyl cellurose, and aicd (phosphoric acid, oxalic acid). pH is kept at 0.7W0.9 and if required, a buffering agent for stabilizing pH and a suitable solvent are added in a suitable amount. The colouring degree of the mixing liquid of the chemicals and a sample is measured by a spectrophotometer or a colorimeter to make the protein estimation. In this way, this reagent is not likely to be influenced by a substance coexisiting in the sample and the various type of protein in the sample is estimated with good regeneration and high detecting sensitivety and the mixture solution including the produced protein-dye complex is good in stability, and said reagent is suitable for detecting the protein in such as urine, blood serum, pith liquid, food.
