Abstract

There both of the combined water and free water produce heat caused by dielectric loss, the steam within the boardlike material rised to raise the internal temperature in a short time. Next, said material is inserted between the mold material of a molder to be shaped into a desired form and said molded material is dried to an appropriate moisture rate by the appropriate means such as microwaves irradiation or the conduction heat of a heat plate of a hot blast hot press and the like and then the inside thermal plastic synthetic resin is solidified by cooling.
