Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the material light in weight, easy to handle and also easy to manufacture, by providing the light reflective metallic surface on the liner surface of corrugated cardboard, and making it bendable in the right angle direction of the waveform of the core, as to the solar light beam focusing material.
CONSTITUTION: The reflected ray forcusing material is one face corrugated cardboard formed by the core 1 having a waveform section and the plate liner 2 stuck to only one side of the tip part 1a of this core 1, and it is bent along the top part 1a of the core 1 with the light reflective metallic surface 3 inside as shown with a chain line so that the one-dimensional reflective curved surface 3a can be formed easily. In the available solar heat collector 8 which has been used for said reflected ray focusing material, the solar light beam reflected by the light reflective metallic curved surface 11a of the focusing material 11 is focused, it concentrically irradiates and heats the heat pump 12, the working liquid in the heated heat pump 12 is thermally exchanged with cooling water which has been made to flow into the heating box 9 from the cooling water inflow pipe 9a, and heated hot water is discharged from the hot water outflow pipe 9b.
