Abstract
PURPOSE:To lessen the irregularity of magnetization of magnetic poles of a d.c. motor by a method wherein the magnetic pole face of a magnet in a field system is magnetized to form an N-pole and an S-pole alternately, and an effective nonmagnetic pole part where the N-pole and the S-pole coexist is arranged. CONSTITUTION:By magnetizing the inner circumference of a magnet 5 to an N-pole and an S-pole, an N-pole part where the N-pole exists individually, an S-pole part where the S-pole exists individually and an effective nonmagnetic pole part where the N-pole and the S-pole coexist are formed alternately in an equally angular width or in a nearly equally angular width. By this way, by magnetizing completely the N-pole and the S-pole, the irregularity of magnetization can be made to lessen.
