Abstract

Therefore, layers are distinguished from the adjacent layers by kinds of existing exchange radical, and two layers are formed in parallel to the surface. Then, when the layer where the specific side chain structure (expression II) exists is directed toward the anode side to perform electrolysis of alkali chloride, current efficiency is improved considerably.
