Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable certain and good lining treatment regardless of a dimension and a shape of an objective pipe to be treated by scattering fine liquid particles for lining formed by irradiating ultrasonic waves by a gas stream and introducing them into an objective pipe to be treated.
CONSTITUTION: In a container 3a having a membrane 2 provided to a bottom portion thereof and having a pressing member 9 arranged to a liquid level portion thereof, a lining liquid 1 is stored and enclosed in an intermediate medium 4 stored in a container 3b and the membrane 2 is opposed against an ultrasonic vibration element 5. Subsequently, an oscillator 6 is operated and ultrasonic waves from the oscillator is applied to the liquid in the container 3a from a lower portion through the medium 4 and the membrane 2 to form a raised portion 1a. On the other hand, air from a blower 10 is blown thereinto from a pipe 8 through a dehumidifier 11 to scatter fine particles of the liquid 1 generated from an upper end side of the raised portion 1a and introduce along with the fine particles into an objective pipe 13 to be treated through a supply pipe 12.
