Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of level comparison, by voltage-dividing an input signal into a plurality of levels and applying this voltage-dividing level to the gate of a plurality of FETs. CONSTITUTION:An input signal IN is fed to the gate of FETsQ1-Q4 via a voltage dividing circuit 1. The drain output of each FET is input to sense amplifiers 2-5, and the potential of each drain output is converted into a digital value. Accordingly, since the input signal level is discriminated with the voltage between channels of each FET, the circuit constitution is made simple and the accuracy is also increased.
