Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to preserve a dried immobilized enzyme membrane stably in a dried state and facilitate the rewetting of the membrane, by impregnating an immobilized enzyme membrane with a solution containing one or more types selected from a nonionic surfactant, ethylene glycol, etc., and drying the membrane.
CONSTITUTION: An immobilized enzyme membrane is impregnated with a solution containing one or more types of substances selected from a nonionic surfactant, ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, glycerol, butyl alcohol, sorbitol and mannitol, and dried to prepare a dried immobilized enzyme membrane. The immobilized enzyme membrane is a membrane prepared by immobilizing an enzyme on a membranelike carrier for immobilizing the enzyme with a chemical bond. A cellulose derivative, etc. may be cited as the carrier. The content of the notionic surfactant, etc. in the dried immobilized membrane is usually 0.01W80wt%
