Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the composite plate with a homogeneous foaming structure section by a method wherein a foaming material is coated on the back surface of a metallic facing material having a corrugated pattern while traveling and when the foaming material remains liquid yet, the lining material is laminated and the foaming material is filled homogeneously in depressions.
CONSTITUTION: The facing material 2 such as a metal thin plate and the like with corrugated patterns is fed by a feed mechanism 5 having a plurality of rollers 6 and the like. On the back of this facing material 2, liquid foaming material 8 of polyurethane and the like is poured from a discharger 7 and coated. On one side, a lining material 3 such as a craftpaper is fed through a roller 9 correspondingly by to this facing material 2 and the lining material 3 is laminated on the said material 8 which is liquid and does not form a foaming structure yet. At the same time, the material 8 is compressed by the roller 9 and filled uniformly in the depressions of the facing material 2. In an oven 10 having upper and lower dies 11, 12 and rolls 13W16 composed by caterpillars etc. and temperature controllers 17, 18 the material is let to foam, pressed and cured to obtain the composite plate.
EFFECT: Excellent in adiabatic properties and strength.
