Abstract
PURPOSE:To operate a correct flow rate, by storing data corresponding to the flow rate to the freqency in a correcting unit and by correcting a pulse constant, in the flow rate detecting unit which detects the flow rate value on a basis of Kalman eddy. CONSTITUTION:Correcting unit 44 is constituted by, for example, a digital computer. Correcting unit 44 takes in the output pulse train of eddy detecting unit 3 through the first f-v converter 42 and A-D converter 43 as a digital input corresponding to the frequency of the pulse train. Consequently, correction unit 44 corrects the output of frequency divider 41 by the pulse width on a basis of the correction output, which is stored correspondingly to each value of the taken-in digital value, according to the characteristics of the flow rate to the frequency of vortex generated by vortex generator 21. By this constitution, a correct flow rate of the fluid passing through external box 2 can be detected.
