Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct code transmission distortion and also to eliminate the need for a synchronizing signal separating circuit by transmitting information code signals via the side circuit of a couple of screened conductor cables and by transmitting synchronizing signals via a phantom circuit. CONSTITUTION:An information code signal is supplied from the terminal of transmission interface 32 to drive the side circuit input part of differential amplifying elements 51 and 52. A synchronizing input signal is supplied from terminal 341 to common load 54 of elements 51 and 52 to perform drive via the phantom circuit. Outputs of elements 51 and 52 are supplied to cable conductors 39 and 391 of a couple of screened conductor cables 31; and the information code signal is transmitted between the couple of cable conductors via the side circuit, and the synchronizing signal between both cable conductors and the screen conductor via the phantom circuit. At the reception terminal, superposed signals are received from cable conductors 40 and 401 and supplied to reception interface 33 and the side circuit output is led out to output lines 35 and 351 and applied to code detector 37. On the other hand, the phantom circuit component from the common load of differential amplifying elements 61 and 62 is applied to synchronizing signal separating circuit 36. Then, a restored signal is obtained from terminal 38.
