Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the circuit construction and reduce the pressure loss in the circuit of a captioned valve by providing a pressure chamber to give a pushing force to a spool valve so that the difference between fluid pressures in the upper and the down stream of a pressure reduction valve may be at a fixed level corresponding to the operational force of the direction change-over valve.
CONSTITUTION: When the load to an actuator 7 is increased as the actuator 7 is operating in the direction of an arrow A by a fixed speed, the load pressure is given to a bridge 17 via a load passage 14a. Thereby, the current from a chamber 38b of a pilot part 11b to the bridge passage 17 is reduced. Consequently, since the fluid pressure in the chamber 38b is brought to the equivalent value to the load pressure, the pushing force working to a spool valve 12 is increased to work to the right by the increased portion of the fluid pressure in the chamber 38b. Large diameter parts 25a and 26 of the spool valve 12 increase the throttling amount among circular grooves 20a, 21, and 20b, to increase the fluid pressure in a supply passage 16. In this construction, the pressure difference between the upper and the down stream of a valve 18d in a pressure reduction valve 18 is kept at a fixed level to correspond to the pilot fluid pressure.
