Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the iterative measurement promptly by repeating a process wherein one trail made by a probe which overdrives against a plurality of a points of measurement of a reference measured substance and reciprocates along the same is stored in memory and the probe is moved along the trail until it touches an actual substance to be measured, where a signal of measurement is detected, and is returned.
CONSTITUTION: The device for iterative measurement is constituted by the same three circuits for three directions X, Y and Z. The probe 10 is moved through the intermediary of a remotecontrol device 22, a servo circuit 20 and a DC motor 16 and the quantity of its movement is stored in a decoder 24 through the intermediary of a rotary encoder 18 and a counter 26. The probe 10 is made to overdrive until it touches the reference measured substance and inclines, while being made to reciprocate along the same trail, which is stored digitally in the decoder 24. Next, when the probe 10 is made to touch the actual substance to be measured at the point of measurement, the counting of pulses sent from the counter 26 through the decoder 24 is stopped by a pulse signal from a touch signal circuit 12 and the probe 10 is returned to the starting position. By repeating this process, a plurality of substance to be measured are measured promptly.
