Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article which is hinged so that mounting parts can be turned over on the main part of a cushion by a method wherein netlike hinge materials are prepared on the pivots of common walls, molds are shut, original liquids different in the composition of foam resin are injected for foam-molding into a lower mold body and side lower molds respectively. CONSTITUTION:A mold 8 is composed of a combination lower mold 4 on which the lower mold body 1 for the main part A of a combined cushion body C in the desired form of a seal and the like and the side lower molds 2 for conbination mounting parts B that are turnover on the lower mold body are connected through common walls and the combination upper mold 7 on which stop pins 6 of netlike hinge material 5 such as Victoria lawn are laid.
