Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable employment of a two-core cord and make the device substantially free from noises by a method wherein a feed wire is short-circuit by an open-and-close element, such as a thyristor, which operates corresponding to a magnetic-field detection pulse and thereby the connection between the detection circuit and an outside power source is controlled.
CONSTITUTION: When a rotary magnetic-field and the like is detected by a bridge circuit formed of magnetic resistance effect elements 10 and 10' and bias resistances 11 and 11', a pulse is outputted from the operational amplifier 2 of a waveformshaping circuit. Then, a thyristor 12 in parallel to the amplifier 2 is placed in the state of continuity and the receiving terminals 13 and 13' of a magnetic-field detector 8 are short-circuited, whereby the pulse s received by the receiving circuit 4 of a receiving device 9. Then, a switch 14 is turned off through the intermediary of the circuit 4 and accordingly, the connection between the outside power source 5 and the detector 8 is broken. By this constitution, when the thyristor 12 is turned off, the switch 14 is turned on. By this shared constitution of the power line and the signal line, the detector and the receiving device can be connected with each other by the two-core cord without using a three-core cord. In addition, since the detection outut signal is a loop signal which short-circuit the feed wire, the current which flows turns large, whereby the device is made substantially free from noises.
