Abstract
PURPOSE: Titled composition which exhibits excellent curability even in the presence of a large amount of electroconductive powder and which is useful as a member material for electroconductive circuits, prepared by adding a photosensitizer and a thermal polymerization initiator as polymerization initiators, to a mixture of electroconductive powder and an ultraviolet ray-curable resin.
CONSTITUTION: Titled composition is obtained by mixing (A) an ultraviolet ray- curable resin comprising a mixture of (i) a photo-polymerizable prepolymer such as polyester (meth)acrylate and (ii) a polymerizable monomer such as a (meth)acrylic acid (ester), (B) electroconductive powder such as a metal, such as silver or Al, or carbon black, (C) a photosensitizer such as benzophenone and (D) a thermal polymerization initiator such as benzoyl peroxide. The composition is applied to an object and then cured by irradiation with light from a medium-pressure mercury vapor lamp.
EFFECT: Curing is performed by 60sec or shorter period irradiation with ultraviolet rays and during the curing the temperature of the member does not exceed 110°C.
