Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of assembling by situating a central passage hole of an electron beam in a desired position and at the both sides of a component of an electron gun, fastening one reference plane in a desired position as well as thrusting the other reference plane on said one reference plane. CONSTITUTION:Stationary positioning blocks 32, 33 are sticked to the right and left parts of the upper surface of a fitting block 31. In assembling a component 11 and spacer laminatedly, the fitting block 31 is fixed, the outer parts of movable positioning blocks 36, 38 are pushed by a thrusting means and thereby a plurality of the components 11 and spacers are assembled alternately on a base level 53. As for this assembling, it may only be noted an interlocking of the central passage hole 13b of the electron beam of the component 11 and spacer with one reference rod. In the next place, by releasing the thrusting of said movable positioning blocks 36, 38, reference planes 21a-21d in four places are thrusted by each positioning knife-edges 32a-32d and thereby all cimponents are situated in a desired position.
