Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a pressing-in system which can move and can perform a good receiving of a reaction force by a method wherein a leader retainer, which freely and vertically holds a leader installed in a crane truck, is fixed to a guide pole and an elevating jack which has a more expansion force than a pressure-in hydraulic jack is mounted between a guide pole and a leader.
CONSTITUTION: Plural pieces of guide poles 6, 6' are erected at a peripheral part of a reaction force cradle 5 fixed upon a ready-made pile and upon the upper end thereof, pressure-in hydraulic jacks 8, 8' are fixed vertically. A retainer 10 is set freely movable upward and downward to these guide poles 6, 6' and this retainer 10 and the hydraulic jacks 8, 8' are coupled so that the retainer 10 may move upward and downward along the guide pole 6 by means of the hydraulic jacks 8, 8', and further, a chucking system 23 nipping a ready-made pile is fitted at this retainer 10. A leader retainer 62, which holes freely upward and downward a leader 38 of a crane truck, is fixed at the guide pole 6, and an elevating jack 63 which has a more expansion force than the hydraulic jack 8 is mounted in vertical direction between the guide pole 6 and the leader 38. By means of this elevating jack 63, a pile is pressed into the ground.
