Abstract
PURPOSE:To mass-produce solid devices of small size and light weight by forming a magnetic path of a small loss by two magnetic pole pieces a magnet and a magnetic material bonded plate. CONSTITUTION:After mounting magnetic pole pieces 4a and 4b to a bobbin, the head portion of the magnetic pole piece 4b is advanced by the thickness of a magnet 3 from the head position of the magnetic pole piece 4a and the magnet 3 is fitted in a vertical groove 5, and the head portion of the magnetic pole piece 4a and the outer surface of the magnet 3 are placed on the same plane. Thereafter, the magnetic piece 4a and the magnet 3 are inserted in a groove 5 from the lower part of the bonding plate 6 made of a magnetic material of a T-shape, and pressed and hermetically bonded, and a magnetic path of a small magnetic loss is formed by the magnetic pole piece 4a, bonding plate 6, magnet 3, and magnetic pole piece 4b. After assemblying the constituent parts as described above, these parts are set in the mold metal fittings, a synthetic resin material is injected therein and shaped, and the metal parts projected from the synthetic resin surface are only limited to the tip end surfaces of magnetic pole pieces 4a and 4b, and mounting part of a pair of terminals 9 and the bonding plate 6. As a result, strong devices of small size and light weight can be mass-produced.
