Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to fix a quartz oscillator from both the surfaces and to facilitate its positioning in the contour direction by interposing electrodes, led from operating electrodes on both the main surfaces of the quartz oscillator, on both the main surfaces of a quartz oscillator element. CONSTITUTION:Operating electrodes 2 and 3, opposing on the main surfaces of rectangular quartz oscillator element 1 providing thickness vibration, are provided with lead-out electrodes 4 and 5 respectively. Further, detour electrodes 6 and 7 are formed on the opposite main surfaces of lead-out electrodes 4 and 5 by passing through the flanks of quartz oscillator element 1. Thus formed quartz oscillator 200 is placed on terminal substrate 600 made of insulating substrate 31 and lead-out electrode 4 and detour electrode 6 are fixed to conductors 31 and 32 being conductive.
