Abstract

Tank 9 is also used for absorbing and retaining the oil. Layer 10 can tramsmits a silicone oil from the surface to the reverse face, and it is made of a porous elastic, such as an RTV silicone rubber increasing its transmittance on being extended. On rotation of roller 1 layer 10 in contact with roller 1 extends by DELTAl in the direction of rotation of roller 1 due to the friction force between layer 10 and roller 1. On stopping rotation of roller 1, elastic deformation is released due to disappearance of the friction force, and layer 10 is restored to its initial form.
