Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the amount of the overshoot of the output voltage of the generator by switching the resistance value of a voltage setting resistor or a voltage dividing resistor step by step. CONSTITUTION:During the time the output voltage of the generator 1 does not reach the value set by a voltage detector 10; since a contact 10b is closed, the output voltage of the generator 1 is regulated to the lower voltage set by only a voltage setting resistor 7. The overshoot is generated with respect to said lower voltage. When the output voltage of the generator 1 has exceeded the set value of the voltage detector 10 and a specified time has elapsed, the contact 10b is opened, the voltage setting resistors 7 and 7A are arranged in series, and the output voltage of the generator 1 is regulated to the higher voltage.
