Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent damage to a bearing of an exhaust turbosupercharger of an internal combustion engine by stopping fuel supply to the engine when a lubricating oil pressure is below a set value.
CONSTITUTION: A supercharger 6 is positioned in an inlet passage 9 of an engine 1. Oil from a crank chamber 2 is supplied to a bearing part of the supercharger 6 by a pipe 7 with an oil pump 4. Also, an oil pressure switch 8 which is operated by oil pressure is provided at one end of the pipe 7, and a relay 12 is excited by turning on the switch 8 and fuel is injected from a fuel injector 10. Then, the switch 8 is turned on only when oil pressure is above a constant value.
