Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove excess concrete at a head of a concrete pile except a core thereof, by a method wherein a pouring tube having a toroidal unit at the end thereof, is fitted in a pit, and concrete is poured into so that the toroidal unit is positioned at an upper portion.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete pouring tube 4, possessing a toroidal unit 7 at the forward end thereof, is inserted into a pit 1 where a core material 3 covered with a sheathing material at an upper portion is placed, and concrete is poured as said concrete pouring tube 4 is lifted in order and so that said toroidal unit 7 is positioned at an upper portion of the pit 1. A casing 2 and the concrete pouring tube 4 are pulled off, and the toroidal unit 7 is left thereat. Concrete is then poured onto a concrete pile head B. The toroidal unit 7 is pulled off, and a hollow portion 12 is formed in the pile head B. Concrete is not adhered directly to a reinforcing rod of the core material 3, and only concrete at the concrete pile head B is removed except the core material 3.
