Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an electronic meter of less power consumption by combining a converting mechanism having a magnetic sensor and an intermittent drive of electric power source.
CONSTITUTION: The measurand to be measured is converted to the resetting motion of reciprocative revolutions etc. and the motion of a magnetic installed to this converting mechanism is converted to an electric signal by a magnetic sensor section. This signal is amplified in a detecting circuit section and if necessary it is waveform- shaped, after which it is transferred to a measuring section, where it is converted to analog quantity or digital quantity, the value of which is then displayed in a display section. In addition, the signal is fetched from the measuring section to the outside, too. An electric power source section supplies electric current intermittently to the said respective sections based onh pulses of a clock pulse generating circuit which generates pulse trains at the timings faster than the time change of the measurand to be measured.
