Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform an efficient recovery of waste heat of waste gas by a method wherein a primary hot water chamber is arranged at an intermediate part in the waste gas passage extending in its water chamber is arranged at lower part in the waste gas passage.
CONSTITUTION: When a lid 8 is opend and some combustible material such as waste newspaper, cloth waste, wood tip, waste oil etc. are ignited, the combustible material is dropped onto a hearth 2 by a rotation of the roller 6 and a continuous combustion is performed. During a time in which the waste gas is flowed from the waste gas passage 12 into a chimney 9, the water introduced from the water supply pipe 20 is returned back to the water supply chamber 15 through the water supply chamber 15, an ascending pipe 16, a primary hot water chamber 13 and a descending pipe 17 and then heated by the waste gas. A partial hot water in the chamber 3 is guided into the secondary hot water chamber 22 through the hot water pipe 23, heated while being applied with a rotating force by a guide plate 24 and moved up, thereafter the hot water is discharged out of the take-out pipe 25.
