Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate a signal generating at the time when an antenna container is not in parallel with the surface of an object to be detected, by arranging plural transmitting antennas at a prescribed angle and also arranging receiving antennas in symmetrical positions on the both sides.
CONSTITUTION: Two transmitting antennas 26a and 26b are arranged in direct crossing positions, and on the both sides of these antennas receiving antennas 27a, 28a, 27b and 28b are also arranged in symmetrical positions. A signal is sent from a signal generator (a) to the transmitting antenna 26 through a signal distributor (b), and this signal is received by the receiving antennas 27 and 28 and operated with 27a and 28a as the inclination detecting antennas and 27b and 28b as the basic signal antennas. And it is supplied to a logical circuit 34 through differential circuits 33a and 33b, respectively, and indicated on an indicator (e). And therefore, it is possible to remove mutual interference between the two antennas and also to eliminate influence even at the time when an antenna container A is not in parallel with surface of the object to be detected.
