PURPOSE:To improve safety in collision by fitting a locking mechanism in the vicinity of the mounting point of a slider and the installation part of a buckle and preventing a force applying to a seat belt from acting on a seat frame. The input of the buckle fitting part 16a, dispersed by a slider 13, acts on a slide rail 10. However, due to a locking plate 17, the deformation of the slide rail 10 can be prevented. The force input into a frame 11 acts on the slider 13 through rivets 15 and is directly input into the rail 10, and thereby hardly input into the seat frame 12.
