Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a durable napkin having a large deodorant effect by a method wherein the surface of deodorant agent of a hygienic napkin is enclosed with a water-absorbing polymer having a specific thickness.
CONSTITUTION: In order to deodorize the hygienic napkin such as a menstrual napkin, the surface of deodorant agent 2 such as magnesium silicate and silica gel is enclosed with a water-soluble polymer 3 such as sodium polyacrylate and polyvinyl alcohol in thickness of 1W500μ, or preferably 10W10μ. This gives more deodorant effect to the deodorant material 1, which, together with long service life, provides a high quality napkin.
