Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate drop-out without time lag at a special reproducing time, by outputting the reproducing video signal before 1H-DELTAH (H is the horizontal scanning period) by the drop-out detection signal of the reproducing video signal. CONSTITUTION:At a normal reproducing time, change over switches SW1 and SW2 are connected to the contact (a) side, and 1H delay circuit 16 is used to compensate drop-out. That is, switching circuit 13 is switched by the detection signal of drop-out detector 15, and output delay reproducing FM video signal of 1H delay circuit 16 is supplied to limiter 17. Next, at a still picture reproducing time, change over switches SW1 and SW2 are connected to the contact (b) side by the output of still picture reproducing instructing circuit 20, and 1H-DELTAH delay circuit 21 is used to compensate drop-out.
