Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain the stable control of the top pressure of the blast furnace and the enhancement of energy recovery rate by controlling the opening degree of a control valve of a pressure controller by a by-pass valve of a power generator within a control range in the control of the top pressure of the blast furnace provided with the pressure recovery power generator. CONSTITUTION:In the control of the top pressure of the blast furnace 3 provided with the pressure recovery power generator 11, using a controller integrally with a dust remover, an anomaly of the opening degree indicating valve (in case it exceeds a control range) of the control valve 23 of the pressure controller (secondary dust remover) 8 is detected by an upper and lower limits setter 33, and its output 34 is put in a driving device of a by-pass valve 18 of the power generator 11 to control the valve within the control range by operating the valve 18. Thus, the top pressure can be stably controlled, a gas turbine can be compacted to a comparatively small size, and setting to make maximum efficiency possible can be made possible and therefore the recovery rate of energy can be raised.
