Abstract

When an electric razor 1 is charged, an insulating part of the outer circumference portion in a connecter 16 cuts off the conduction between a plug contact spring and a plug pin. A closed circuit is made between a battery 5 and DC power source device 10, and the battery 5 is charged. When the razor 1 is used, the plug pin and a plug contact spring are contacted, the circuit as the electric razor is made, and the circuit is opened and closed by an operation of a switch 4.
