Abstract
PURPOSE: To control piston unbalance and keep output torque of a motor at a constant level, by changing the stroke of plural numbers of cam having different curvatures and different eccentricity.
CONSTITUTION: A cam ring 44 in contact with a steel ball 33 held at the tip of a piston 32 is held axially movable to an outer ring 46 and connected with a piston rod 45a of a cylinder 45 attached to a rear side plate 36. The piston rod 45a is axially moved by virtue of working fluid from ports 47, 48, and the cam ring 44 is transferred in the axial direction to select one of curvatures C, D having different eccentricity. Due to the fluctuation of displacement, this system is available for changing gear from high to low speed or vice versa when applied to a motor and for increasing unbalance of the piston 32 and changing the output torque.
