Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the cooking performance by providing the outer-rear wall of a heating chamber with a compartment having a heater and fan and further providing there a wind-resisting body, in a heating-cooking appliance of a heated wind circulation type.
CONSTITUTION: The outer-rear wall of a heating chamber is provided with a compartment 16 by a contracted plate 15, to which a heater 17 and a fan 18 are fitted. The heater 17 is supported by two heater supporting bodies 23a and 23b made of insulators, while in the space between the lateral supporting body 23b and the lateral wall of the compartment 16 is provided a metallic air guide 24. By this constitution, the space between the lateral wall of the compartment 16 and the fan 18 is closed up by the supporting body 23a for the lower side of the heater from below and by the supporting body 23b for the lateral side of the heater and the air guide 24 from the side, thereby the air blown out, rotating in the compartment 16, being blown out strong in particular at this part with the resistance of the heater supporting body 23b and the air guide 24. Therefore, a large quantity of the heated wind is blown against the lower part of the saucer and thereby even scorching can be obtained.
