Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the dehydrating efficiency of mixed liquid by supplying solid- liquid mixed liquid with hardly separable sludge into between two rows of eccentric roller groups while pressurizing it with a shearing force.
CONSTITUTION: A great number of the rollers 1 are geared rotatably with V-shaped grooves of the upper and lower frames by matching them at an eccentric axle to form the first roller row (A). The line from the sectional center O of each roller 1 to the eccentric axle 2 is situated in the same direction, and also the line C connected to the eccentric axle 2 is situated on straight line. By the same procedure, the second roller row (B) is formed, and the tapered supply path 9 is formed between both the roller rows (A) and (B). The liquid to be treated is supplied from a supply port 10 by turning the first roller row (A) counterclockwise and also the second roller row (B) clockwise and closing a door 12 on tip portion.
