Then a coil 5 formed into a ring shape, a magnet 4, and an upper yoke 3 and an outer frame 8 are assembled and fixed. The magnet 4 is then magnetized, and a diaphragm 6 welded previously with an electromagnetic plate 7 is put on the frame 8 to be fixed along the outer circumference of the frame 8.
