Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the strength and transparency of a vessel by a method wherein polyethylene terephthalate in quantity required for forming one vessel is divided into one for an inner layer and one for an outer layer, injection molding is conducted twice and a parison with a bottom of two layers is formed.
CONSTITUTION: Polyethylene terephthalate in quantity required for forming one vessel is divided into one for an injecting device for an inner layer and one for an injecting device for an outer layer and weighted, injected and a primary molding 6 with a bottom, which has a neck section 6a, is formed, and injected around the molding 6 and a secondary molding 9 with a parison 10 with a bottom is formed and cooled. The parison 10 with the bottom is released from a mold, the parison 10 with the bottom of inner and outer two layers is transported into a drawing and sucking cavity 11 together with a neck mold 4, clamped, and drawn in the axial direction by inserting a drawing rod 12 while being expanded full in the cavity 11 by blowing air and a vessel 13 of two layers with an inner layer 13a and an outer layer 13b is formed.
