Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a forming property and performance for resources conservation by a method wherein a resin board and fibrous fillers are mixed, and changed into a solid block-shape and a sheet prepd. by slicing the solid block is formed by means of a press.
CONSTITUTION: A resin board in thermosetting resin and fibrous fillers in cellulose, glass fiber, synthetic fiber, etc. are mixed, and incorporated into a solid block with fixed dimensions. Preferably, the mixing ratio of the fillers is 35W55wt%; it is 45W 55wt% for orgainc fillers and 35W45wt% for inorganic fillers. The block is cooled, sliced increasing the accuracy of cutting by means of ultrasonic vibration, etc. and changed into sheets, and the sheets are formed by means of a press.
