CONSTITUTION:A rotary center shaft 3 fixed to a center part of an adsorbing body 1 in a casing 2 is rotated by a rotary apparatus 4. An inside of the casing 2 is partitioned into a passing area 6 of a fluid to be treated and a passing area 9 of a treated fluid for desorption and, to an outlet of the passing area 9, a small width part 8' and other outlet part 8' are provided. Said small width part 8' is communicated with an air supply cylinder 13 on the way thereof by a mixing passage 16 and the fluid A' to be treated after passing issued from the small width part 8' is mixed into the fluid A to be treated before passing. To the other outlet part 8', a starting end of the air supply cylinder 13 to a paint booth H is connected.
