Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple manufacturing method as well as to prevent deformation by a method wherein a cooling is formed using a waveform reinforcement plate and the prepreg sheet or the tape with which the waveform reinforcement plate is wound around. CONSTITUTION:The cooling duct 10 consists of the reinforcement plate 11 and the prepreg sheet or the tape which will be wound around the reinforcement plate. This duct 10 is arranged at the prescribed position in the coil-winding process and the coil is formed by performing a coil-winding work. Then, the coil is molded using a molding mold and after resin has been poured into the molding mold and the resin has been hardened, the coil is released from the mold and the mold coil is formed. As the duct 10 which has been formed as above is reinforced by the waveform reinforcement plate, there exists no possibility of breaking due to the pressure generated when resin molding is performed.
