PURPOSE:To convert magnetic energy into rotary force only by permanent magnets by securing two disks coaxially and so sidposing permanent magnets on a stationary frame and respective disks that attracting phenomenon occurs on one sides of the respective disks and repelling phenomenon occurs on the other sides of the disks. CONSTITUTION:Four permanent magnet 11, 13 of the same polarity (N pole) are disposed on the same positions and connecting poles 12, 14 are disposed at the intermediate on the respective surfaces of a housing 15 having three disklike walls.
