Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a wine containing quantitatively organic ferric iron which has high absorption in a living body and is chemically stable, by adding an iron compound capable of being ionized to fruit juice of grape, followed by conventional fementation.
CONSTITUTION: 10W70ppm Calculated as iron compound of one or two or more iron compounds capable of being ionized selected from the group consisting of ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate, ferric sulfate, iron citrate, iron tartrate, etc. is added to fruit juice of grape, which is fermented conventionally.
